    • Dental Implants In One Day

    • In Miswak Dental Clinic, dental implant is one of the best treatment modality for replacement of missing teeth. Basically dental implant is titanium screw which serve as replacement for the the root portion of the missing tooth. Dental implant is available in various sizes (height and weight) Selection of dental implant varies according to clinical situations. It can be use to replace one or more missing teeth. In edentulous patients implant retained dentures can be used. Dental implant retained denture provide fixed teeth to edentulous patients. Dental implant is better than conventional bridge as they eliminate the modification of adjacent sound natural teeth & they do not place additional load on adjacent natural teeth. Denture implants help to maintain shape & structure of jaw bone by bone stimulation.
    • Conventional Implants

    • Conventional implant processes is an established dental implant process with very high success rates and good historical case studies. Individuals with varying bone quality and bone conditions are able to have dental implants treatments. Whereas good immediate implants and immediate loaded implants will required adequate bone support before the dental implant process is recommended to them.

Four to seven root canals can be performed in a single sitting. • All single sitting root canals are done in our clinic by experienced endodontists who exclusively practice root canals. (endodontists are dentists who further specialize in the root canal treatment).

    • Orthodontic Treatments

    • Orthodontic treatment is used to correct malocclusion, or a “poor bite.” This condition usually involves teeth which are crowded or crooked. Crooked and crowded teeth make cleaning the mouth more difficult, which can lead to tooth decay, gum disease and possible tooth loss. While fixing the problem can create a prettier smile, orthodontic treatment results in a healthier mouth most importantly. In some cases, an individual may have an uneven bite, where the upper and lower jaws do not meet properly. An improper bite can interfere with chewing and speaking, cause abnormal tooth wear, and can lead to problems with the jaws. Orthodontic treatment contributes to a very successful outcome for these cases also.
    • Artificial Tooth Replacement

    • This is the art of replacing missing natural teeth with artificial teeth, which are just as functional and esthetical as your natural teeth. With recent developments in dentistry, a number of alternatives are available to replace missing teeth, ranging from traditional dentures to crowns and bridges and even dental implants. It is essential to restore lost teeth as early as possible with something that closely resembles your teeth. A crown restores the damaged tooth and mimics the size, shape and color of the original tooth. They are indicated for fractured and worn out teeth; to protect teeth that have been filled by root canal treatment; to provide extra support for bridges; and to cover poorly shaped or discolored teeth. They on an average last for five to eight years, but can even last much longer if proper oral hygiene is maintained. The tooth to be crowned is prepared (i.e. reduction of the tooth size) followed by an impression of the tooth, being obtained. This reduction of the tooth is required to build room for the crown to be fixed. The impression taken is then sent to a laboratory where expert technicians will fabricate the crown. In the meanwhile, a temporary crown is made and fixed on top of the reduced tooth.
    • Tooth Fillings

    • Amalgam fillings: Amalgam fillings have been used by dentists for more than a century and is one of the most thoroughly researched and tested restorative materials. It contains silver, tin, copper, zinc, and trace amounts of mercury. Amalgam is durable, easy to use, highly resistant to wear, and relatively inexpensive in comparison to other materials. Since amalgam fillings can withstand very high chewing loads, they are especially useful for restoring molars in the back of the mouth where the chewing load is greatest. They are also favorable in areas where a cavity preparation is difficult to keep dry during the filling placement, such as deep cavities below the gum line. Composite fillings: Composite fillings are a mixture of glass or quartz filler in a resin medium to produce a tooth-colored filling. The main advantage composites provide is improved esthetics, but they can also provide good durability and support to withstand a modest chewing load. Over time, composites may need to be replaced more quickly than amalgam. The cost is moderate and depends on the size of the filling and the technique used by the dentist to place it in the prepared tooth. It generally takes longer to place a composite filling than what is required for an amalgam filling since the material is more technique-sensitive.

    • Dental Lasers

    • Laser dentistry offers a highly effective alternative to painful and noisy drilling procedures. Lasers can now be used to perform a variety of functions, including cavity removal, tooth restoration, and periodontal surgery. Dental lasers can also remove plaque and dental decay from a cavity-affected tooth, preparing it for a filling. A laser beam can also help harden bonding material. Laser Dentistry can effectively reshape gums, remove excess or affected gum tissue in gum disease sufferers and remove bacteria from between diseased gums and teeth.
    • Scaling & Polishing Bleaching

    • In the teeth whitening procedure the teeth is cleaned and lightened using laser light treatment and it also removes stains and discoloration, improving the overall beauty of the smile in a cosmetic way. Teeth whitening or teeth bleaching is among the most popular and affordable cosmetic dental procedures because it can greatly improve how your teeth look. Most dentists perform this affordable, laser light treatment to make the tooth white for sparkling smile enhancement. Other dental problems can affect the success of cosmetic laser whitening. For example, cavities need to be treated by non surgery/surgery before teeth are lightened and whitened. That's because the tooth whitening solution can pass through decayed areas of the cavities and reach the inner parts of the tooth. If your gums have receded, the exposed roots of your teeth may appear yellow or discolored and whiteners will not make them whiter. Gum protection treatment needs to be done in such cases.
    • Dental Jewellary

    • If you desire to endow your smile with a jewel and the teeth to which the jewel should be attached are healthy, you can be a suitable candidate for this treatment. It is necessary to consider your expectations and realize that the dental jewel will be a new, significant part of your look. Be prepared that people can stare at you, most of them will appreciate the beauty of your decorated smile, but some of them can consider it too extravagant. Then dental jewellery is a fantastic way to help you make an oral fashion statement and stand out in the crowd. Dental jewel is a special decoration, for example diamond or another stone, which can be attached to your teeth without consequences. Skyce is a range of crystal glass tooth jewellery. The stones are bonded to the labial surfaces of natural upper anterior teeth without invasive preparation.

    • Digital X-Ray

    • Dental radiographs, commonly known as X-rays, are images of teeth, bones, and surrounding soft tissues used to screen for and help identify problems with the teeth, mouth, and jaw. X-ray imaging can show cavities, cancerous or benign masses, hidden dental structures (such as wisdom teeth), and bone loss that cannot be seen during a visual examination. Dental X-rays may also be done as follow-up after certain dental treatments. The computer era has brought us a dental technology called digital radiagraphy. With this technology we use computerized equipment and software to capture xray images of your mouth and teeth by exposing a small sensor or plate that feeds the image into a computer. Digital X-ray has many advantages over traditional film xrays. Its faster, safer, and the images can be enhanced and electronically stored and retrieved. Taking digital x-rays is faster because the sensor is merely moved from tooth to tooth and your x-ray can be seen on a computer monitor just moments after exposure. There is no waiting for chemical development as with traditional film x-rays.
